Acrisure Re Appoints Jennifer D’Arcy as EVP of Facultative Reinsurance

Acrisure Re , the re/insurance arm of global insurance broker Acrisure, has appointed Jennifer D’Arcy as Executive Vice President of its Facultative Reinsurance Division . Based in London, D’Arcy will lead the strategic growth of Acrisure Re’s facultative (FAC) operations across North America and spearhead the development of global Marine FAC products.


Driving Acrisure Re’s FAC Strategy in North America

In her new role, Jennifer D’Arcy will be instrumental in shaping and expanding Acrisure Re’s FAC strategy for North America . This involves building on the firm’s growing presence in the US market, where Acrisure already maintains a robust footprint. Her appointment is part of a broader effort by Acrisure Re to attract high-caliber talent and reinforce its capabilities in key business lines.

Alongside her North American responsibilities, D’Arcy will also take the lead in developing Marine FAC products on a global scale . Her deep knowledge and track record in optional reinsurance are expected to enhance Acrisure Re’s competitive position in the international market.


Extensive Industry Experience Enhances Acrisure Re’s Bench Strength

Jennifer D’Arcy brings over 21 years of industry experience to Acrisure Re . Before joining the firm, she was Head of Facultative Reinsurance at Ed Broking for more than three years. Her previous roles include significant tenures at Price Forbes , RK Harrison , Gibbs Hartley Cooper , HSBC , and Willis , where she held similar positions of increasing responsibility in facultative reinsurance.
