Strategic Leadership Role at AXA XL
Dan Bendavid has been named the Global Lead – Innovation for the Operations & Technology team at the group , the property & casualty and specialty risk division of the group.
Bendavid will lead AXA XL innovation‘s innovation strategy in this position and manage a global team of specialists tasked with carrying out targeted initiatives in cooperation with external stakeholders.
Bendavid’s Track Record of Innovation at AXA
In his previous position at the group, Bendavid worked on a number of strategic initiatives, including creating the company’s operations and services digital strategy. Later, he was in charge of managing general insurance claims operations in seven nations around the Asia-Pacific region after overseeing program management in Spain and Italy.
Leading Innovation at AXA Next
The P&C Business Innovation Center was then under his direction as he joined the company Next. He worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey in Paris before joining the group .
